Scope: Respond to storm-damaged plant—broken poles, iced hardware, and access limited by snow or debris.
Challenge: Cold-weather logistics, unstable structures, and right-of-way access when roads and terrain are compromised.
Work performed: Assess damage with the utility partner, replace or repair failed structures, and re-establish safe line conditions.
Outcome focus: Damaged infrastructure stabilized and advanced toward safe restoration with the utility partner.
